Day 7 - 8 - Am I A Hater ?

Hey Gals & Guys

Good morning and welcome to my diary of navel gazing , and extreme ranting. It is technically day 8 on this emotional journey to wholeness. I have to say it's been an interesting ride. I learnt lots and hope to learn more. Let's see if I can apply it.

So far I've had a 50/50 success. I have now just added to the mix the concept of eating before 6 am and then eating after 6pm. Just for fun. An act of discipline.
I don't know how long i'll do it for - but I hoping to make for the month. LOL

I am not putting as much pressure on my self now as I did when I first started.
I think I am getting more comfortable in my own skin again. The experience to date all though it has had it's ups and downs, has been eye opening.

Last night for example - I had a blow up of complete un-rationality... It was so random that it was funny and sad at the same time. I was embarrased by my behavior
so much that I left. What triggered it and why the residual anger. I am working it through today. I am in a better place. I am aware and that is the first step.

Recipe Of The Day :

Jicama Salad with Cilantro and Lime

INGREDIENTS

* 2 pounds jicama, peeled and julienned
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/4 cup lime juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine the julienned jicama, chopped cilantro, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Sprinkle with lime juice and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve
